  Keith Severson

Keith currently holds 25 years of experience in the electronic heating business working with distribution networks all across the country. Starting as a District Sales Manager for 5 years with Marshalltown Instruments in Houston, Texas, Keith then took a technical outside sales position with Chromalox Industrial Division - Emerson Electric Company also in Houston. After moving to Denver, Colorado in 1985, Keith founded and managed his own representative firm called KLS Sales, Inc. Keith then sold KLS Sales, Inc. and moved to E & M Sales, Inc., where he became General Manager for 11 years. Keith has now ventured out and become a Principal of Paraclete Industries, LLC.

Keith has extensive product line experience with companies such as Chromalox, Marley/Qmark, Leading Edge, Barber-Colman, Fenwal, ATC, Balluff, B/W Controls, Gemco, Adalet-PLM, Raytek, Lumberg, Weidmuller, Kobold, Marshalltown Instruments, ITT Hildebrand, Athena, Pyrotenax, Hawke, Peppers, Akron Electric, Letco, and GIC Thermodynamics.

  John Holland

John brings to Paraclete 16 years of sales experience in the electric heating field. John began his career in Muskegon, Michigain at EBW, Inc. where he held the position of Western District Sales Manager/Latin American Regional Sales Manager along with Aluminum Foundry Production Supervisor. After 10 years at EBW, John moved to Magnetek Controls/Patriot Sensors & Controls, Inc. where he again held the position of Western Regional Sales Manager/Latin American Regional Sales Manager. John then relocated to the Denver metro area in 1998 when he began working as an Outside Sales Manager for E & M Sales, Inc.

John has extensive product line experience with companies such as Chromalox, Marley/Qmark, Leading Edge, Barber-Colman, ATC, Balluff, B/W Controls, Gemco, PCC, Wagner Hydraulic Brakes, GE Electric Brakes, Adalet-PLM, Weidmuller, Raytek, PSCC Pressure Transducers, Kobold, Fenwal, and Pyrotenax.
